Some visits do not need you to leave the house. Follow ups, prescription refills, reviewing lab results, or getting checked out for something minor like a cold, a rash, or seasonal allergies can all be handled over a secure video call with your provider.
You will need a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and a stable internet connection. Book a slot online, join the call at your appointment time, and your provider will pull up your chart just like an in office visit. If you need a prescription, it gets sent straight to your pharmacy.
Telemedicine works well for a lot of things, but not everything. If your provider decides you need to be seen in person, we will get you scheduled for that instead.
